Program name: Flight Notifier drone launch alerts. Effective October 14, 2026. Operated by Sentinel Dynamics, LLC, 1 Overlook Road, Newton, NJ 07860 ("Flight Notifier", "we"), from a US toll-free number registered for application-to-person messaging.
Flight Notifier sends operational text messages to people who work with a subscribing public-safety or professional drone program (the "agency"). A message is sent when one of the agency's DJI docks launches an aircraft, and optionally when the flight ends. Each message identifies Flight Notifier as the sender and contains the aircraft name, the agency's program name, the time, a link to the agency's live video page and, if the agency protects that page with a password, the password. Every message is written by Flight Notifier from fixed templates; agencies cannot write message text. Messages are never promotional.
You are asked first. An administrator of your agency asks you, in person or by phone, whether you agree to receive these texts, reading you a short script that names the sender (Flight Notifier, Sentinel Dynamics, LLC), describes the alerts, and gives the frequency, cost, STOP and HELP instructions and the links to these terms and the privacy policy. Only after you agree does the administrator enter your name and mobile number in the Flight Notifier application and confirm the consent statement; the confirmation and its date are recorded. Flight Notifier then sends you one confirmation text: Flight Notifier (Sentinel Dynamics, LLC): you agreed with your <agency> administrator to receive drone launch alerts by text. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Texts are optional: you can ask to be alerted by email instead. No one is enrolled from a web form on this site, no text is sent to obtain consent, and we never add numbers from purchased lists. Message frequency varies with your agency's flight activity. Typical programs send between one and twenty messages per week. A safety cap limits each project to twenty messages per hour.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Flight Notifier does not charge recipients. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using the service; email alerts are available instead.
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages from this program on that number, across every list you were on. Your agency's administrator cannot re-enable your number; only you can, by replying START.
