Flight Notifier terms of service

Effective October 14, 2026. Between Sentinel Dynamics, LLC, 1 Overlook Road, Newton, NJ 07860 ("Flight Notifier", "we") and the organization that creates an account (the "customer", "you").

1. What the service does

Flight Notifier reads device status from your DJI FlightHub 2 organization and sends text messages and emails to recipients you designate when one of your docks launches an aircraft, and optionally when the flight ends. It reads FlightHub only; it never starts livestreams, dispatches tasks, controls aircraft or docks, or changes your FlightHub configuration.

2. Your account and your responsibilities

You must be authorized to administer the FlightHub 2 organization you connect, and you supply its organization key voluntarily. You may replace or remove the key at any time.
You are responsible for creating the FlightHub livestream share link, choosing whether it has a password, and keeping it valid. Anyone who obtains the link (and password, if any) can view the livestream.
You are responsible for obtaining each recipient's own consent before adding them, by reading them the consent script shown in the application and adding them only if they agree, for confirming the consent statement truthfully, for keeping the recipient list to people who need it, and for removing people who ask to be removed. Flight Notifier is the sender of every text: it writes all message text from fixed templates, sends each new mobile number one confirmation text, and honours STOP replies automatically. You cannot re-enable a number that replied STOP.
You keep your sign-in credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account and the accounts of admins you invite.

3. Livestream minutes and carrier charges

Viewing a shared livestream consumes livestream minutes from your DJI FlightHub organization according to DJI's terms, as total viewing time across all viewers. Those charges are between you and DJI. Recipients' mobile carriers may charge for messages received. Flight Notifier is not responsible for either.

4. Fees

Subscription: $790 per organization per year, or $79 per month billed monthly, including all docks and projects, up to 50 recipients per project and 1,000 text messages per month. Additional text messages are billed at 4¢ each. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; a prepaid annual term keeps its price until renewal.
Public-safety agencies may use the service free for a 60-day pilot. The pilot converts to a paid subscription only when you choose a plan.
Purchase orders and annual invoicing are accepted. Invoices are due within 30 days.

5. Availability and limits

Flight Notifier is a notification convenience and not a dispatch, life-safety or emergency communication system. Detection depends on DJI's FlightHub service, the internet, and mobile carriers, none of which we control. Messages can be delayed or lost. Do not rely on Flight Notifier as the only way people learn about a flight. We aim for continuous operation and tell administrators when monitoring stops, but we do not guarantee any level of availability or delivery time.

6. Data

How we handle account, device and recipient information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. Your organization key and share password are stored encrypted. You may delete your organization and all its data at any time from the settings page.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service only for notifying people about your own organization's flights, with their consent. Do not use it to send unsolicited messages, to monitor organizations you are not authorized to administer, or in a way that violates law, carrier rules or DJI's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Term and termination

Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled and end at the close of the paid month. Annual subscriptions end at the close of the paid year unless renewed. Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured within 15 days of notice. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting and opt-out compliance.

9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a missed, delayed or incorrect notification.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting the new version here and emailing administrators at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
